Zorno User Agreement
Your use of the Zorno AI chat application (referred to as "the Application" below) signifies your acceptance of the terms outlined in this User Agreement. It is advisable to go through these provisions carefully to have a clear understanding of your entitlements and obligations.
• You are permitted to utilize the Application on the condition that you adhere strictly to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
• Any form of reverse engineering, alteration, or unauthorized distribution of the Application, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
• When engaging with the Application, you must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Activities such as spreading falsehoods, infringing upon the intellectual property of others, or engaging in harassment of any kind are strictly forbidden.
• It is your responsibility to safeguard your account credentials. You shall be held accountable for all actions performed using your account. In the event of any suspicious activity or irregularities related to your account, please notify our support team without delay.
• All intellectual property rights associated with the Application, including but not limited to its source code, textual content, graphic elements, audio clips, and video materials, are the exclusive property of the Application's operator.
• The content you generate while using the Application remains your intellectual property. However, by using the Application, you grant the operator a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to utilize, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and enhancing the Application.
• The Application functions as a platform for information exchange and does not assume responsibility for verifying the truthfulness, accuracy, or completeness of the content posted by users.
• The operator shall not be held liable for any disruption or inability to access the Application's services caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, network outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• The operator reserves the right to revise this Agreement as deemed necessary. Any updated versions of the Agreement will be posted within the Application and will take effect immediately upon publication. We recommend checking periodically for the latest terms.
• In the event of a breach of this Agreement, the operator retains the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application without prior notice.
